Who is responsible

Unleash Pro Technologies LLP is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through Sarathi, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, timezone.
• Your search brief: target roles, locations, salary floor, and your reject rules.
• Job and application data: listings gathered for you, your tracker entries, notes and outreach drafts.
• Usage and billing data: scans run, AI usage, plan, and payment status (card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us).

How we use it

To run your search and show you results; to process payments; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to contact you about your account. We send role descriptions and your brief to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate assessments and drafts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in Mumbai), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (AI assessment), Inngest (background jobs), Razorpay (payments), and an email provider for transactional messages. Each processes data on our instructions.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting us. You can withdraw consent for optional processing (such as WhatsApp digests) at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.
