Who is responsible

Unleash Pro Technologies LLP is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through Sarathi, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, timezone.
• Your search brief: target roles, locations, salary floor, and your reject rules.
• Job and application data: listings gathered for you, your tracker entries, notes and outreach drafts.
• Usage and billing data: scans run, AI usage, plan, and payment status (card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us).

How we use it

To run your search and show you results; to process payments; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to contact you about your account. We send role descriptions and your brief to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate assessments and drafts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in Mumbai), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (AI assessment), Inngest (background jobs), Razorpay (payments), and an email provider for transactional messages. Each processes data on our instructions.

Browser extension

The Sarathi browser extension for Chrome and Edge searches LinkedIn and Naukri job listings for the target titles and locations in your brief, and sends the listings it finds to your own Sarathi account to be vetted.

• It runs in the background — about every 6 hours while your browser is open, when the browser starts, and about an hour before your daily scan — and also when you click Sync.
• It reads public job listings only (company, role title, location, link, posting date): LinkedIn's public job-search results, fetched without your LinkedIn login, and Naukri's public search pages, opened briefly in a background tab that closes itself. It does not read your messages, connections, profile, or anything outside job search results, and it never applies, connects or messages anyone.
• It never sees or asks for your LinkedIn or Naukri password, and does not need you to be signed in to either site.
• It stores locally in your browser: a connection token that links the extension to your Sarathi account, and a summary of the last sync (time and counts). The token is issued by Sarathi, is not your credentials for any other service, and is not shared with anyone.
• The listings it finds are sent over HTTPS to your own Sarathi account, where they are handled exactly as the “Job and application data” described above. You can stop it at any time by removing the extension.

Data received through the extension is used only to provide the vetting feature. Consistent with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use policy, it is not sold or transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting us. You can withdraw consent for optional processing (such as WhatsApp digests) at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.
