Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops running scans when the trial ends. Nothing is charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees are billed for a period of service and are generally non-refundable once the period has started. We will refund a charge in these cases:

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
• A billing error on our side, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained part of the paid period due to a fault on our side.
• You contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and have made little or no use of the paid features — we will refund that first charge.

How to request

Email us from your account email address with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days.
