Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sarathi is operated by Unleash Pro Technologies LLP. Plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees: Professional ₹999 and Executive ₹1,999 per month, plus 18% GST.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial. To start it you choose a plan and set up a recurring payment mandate (UPI Autopay, card or net banking) through Razorpay. Your bank may show a small authorisation of about ₹5, which is refunded automatically. The first monthly charge is taken when the trial ends. Cancel from the billing page before then and you are not charged at all.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees are billed for a period of service and are generally non-refundable once the period has started. We will refund a charge in these cases:

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
• A billing error on our side, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained part of the paid period due to a fault on our side.
• You contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and have made little or no use of the paid features — we will refund that first charge.

How to request

Email us from your account email address with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days.
