Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sarathi is operated by Unleash Pro Technologies LLP (“Unleash Pro”, “we”), a limited liability partnership registered in India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Sarathi helps you run a job search: you describe the roles you want and the ones you do not, and Sarathi scans job sources, assesses roles against your brief using AI, and helps you track applications and draft outreach. Sarathi assists you; it does not apply to jobs or send messages on your behalf without your action. AI assessments are guidance, not advice, and can be wrong — you decide what to act on.

3. Browser extension

The optional Sarathi extension reads job listings from pages you open in your own logged-in sessions (for example LinkedIn or Naukri) only when you click to sync, and sends those listings to your Sarathi account. It does not store your passwords and does not act automatically. You are responsible for using the extension in line with those sites’ own terms.

4. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18. One account is for one person. You may not resell or share access.

5. Plans, billing and trials

New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle through our payment processor (Razorpay) until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of GST, which is added on the invoice. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping our systems, no automated bulk access outside the features we provide, no attempts to break security, and no use that violates applicable law or a third party’s rights.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you put into Sarathi (your brief, tracker, documents). You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you, including sending relevant text to our AI provider to generate assessments and drafts.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will find suitable roles or that any assessment is correct. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where practical.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
